Mr. S. K. Tuteja
Chairman
Mr. S. K. Tuteja, IAS, is an Ex IAS Officer of 1968 batch. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has served the government in several key positions at the state and national level and was Secretary to the Government of India in the Department of Food & Public Distribution when he retired. Previously, he was Finance Secretary, Government of Punjab from 1997 to 1999, Chairman of the Punjab State Electricity Board, Managing Director of Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation and Deputy Finance Secretary (Chandigarh Administration). Mr Tuteja has acted as a Consultant to the World Bank and UNIDO. He has immensely contributed to the number of national / International seminars/ conferences in India & abroad.
Mr. V. K. Chopra
Mr. V K Chopra, a Chartered Accountant, was Chairman & Managing Director of Corporation Bank Ltd., prior to that he was also Chairman & Managing Director of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). He retired as the Wholetime Member of Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI). He is on the Board of several reputed Indian companies.
Mr. Prakash Vasantlal Mehta
Mr. Mehta graduated in law from the Bombay University in 1963 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1966. He was appointed as Notary in 1996. He is a Member of Maharashtra & Goa Bar Association and also a Member of the Managing Committee of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Presently, He is one of the Senior Partners of M/s. Malvi Ranchoddas & Co. and is holding directorship in various public and private limited companies.
Mr. Manish Gupta
Mr. Manish Gupta is a Chemical Engineer from BITS Pilani (1991 – 1995) and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (1995-1997). He was also a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group and worked at their offices in Mumbai, Delhi and San Francisco. He has also worked as part of the Global strategy and business development team at Honeywell International. He also works with the Agastya Foundation, an NGO working to bring science and ecology education to Underprivileged children in rural areas.
Mr. Asit Kumar Basu
Mr. Asit Kumar Basu was born on 24th August 1949 and has done BME. He retired as Chief General Manager from Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) after serving 21 years. He was CEO of Pegasus Assets Reconstruction Private Ltd from 20thJune 2008 to 6th April 2018.
Mr. Rajesh Laddha
Mr. Rajesh Laddha has 30+ years of extensive experience in Finance and Businesses across myriad industries and geographies. He has deep proficiency in professionalizing organizations and establishing corporate governance, robust systems and processes, regulatory and legal compliances, strong organization structure, teams, and other enablers and has significant experience across different organizations and groups in curating and executing group vision and strategy, corporate structuring, M&A, Investments and Divestments, Equity / Debt Financing, Treasury Management, Value Unlocking, etc.
Mr. Rajesh Laddha is an MBA from University of Chicago, USA. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Public Accountant from the USA. Mr. Laddha has served as Executive Director and group Chief Financial Officer at Piramal Group for more than two decades. Mr. Laddha also served as MD and CEO of Shriram Capital from 2017-19. He has also served on the boards of Vodafone India Limited, Shriram Capital Limited and Allergan India Private Limited.
Mr. Kishore Srinivasan
Managing Director & CEO
Mr. Kishore Srinivasan is an Engineer, BE (Mech), ME (Mech ) and MBA. He has been CEO of Pegasus Assets Reconstruction Company Pvt Ltd since January 2018. Prior to joining Pegasus, he has worked in various organisations including Sundaram Clayton Ltd, Lucas TVS Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Avendus Capital Pvt Ltd and Edelweiss Alternative Assets Advisors Limited. He has more than three decades of experience in the stressed asset management domain including in leadership roles.
