MR. AMITABH VERMA

Chairman

MR. AMITABH VERMA a retired IAS officer, has over 37 years of service in senior leadership and governance roles across the Central Government, the State Government of Bihar, and various national and state-level institutions. As Secretary, Department of Cooperation (Bihar), he developed a successful system for foodgrain procurement from farmers for FCI and State agencies and turned around the Bihar State Cooperative Bank. As Joint Secretary (Banking), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, for 5 and a half years, he served as a Board member on Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Bank of India, NABARD, NHB and EXIM Bank. As Joint Secretary Banking, he piloted the enactment of the Credit Information (Regulation) Act, 2005 and the Payment & Settlement Systems Act, 2007. He also closely worked on comprehensive amendments to the Banking Regulation Act, the RBI Act, the SARFAESI Act, the SBI Act, and the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Acts of 1970 and 1980. He was also actively involved in the formulation and monitoring of the three Stimulus Packages aimed at boosting the economy during the Global Financial Crisis. Post retirement from the IAS, he has promoted youngsters in setting up many start-ups providing rural sustainable livelihoods in North Bihar.

Mr. Haridas. K. V.

Independent Director

Mr. Haridas. K. V. has over 40 years of comprehensive experience in the financial sector covering Retail Banking, Stressed Assets Management, Financial Inclusion, Corporate Credit, Treasury & Investment operations, Risk Management and Micro Finance. Mr.Haridas. K. V is Strategy Advisor to Dhan Sethu Digifin Pvt Ltd, a Fintech and Oleevia Grameen Credits Limited, a NBFC, focussed on the Micro Finance sector. He was also Strategy Advisor to ESAF Small Finance Bank in formulating business strategy and guiding the leadership team. Prior to that Mr. Haridas. K. V. was Deputy Managing Director, State Bank of India (Financial Inclusion & Micro Market). He also held leadership position as Deputy Managing Director (Retail Business) of the Bank managing the portfolio comprising assets in Agriculture, SME, Real Estate and Housing and Personal Loan segments. Mr. Haridas also oversaw the Retail Stressed Assets Portfolio of the Bank.

Mr. Haridas. K. V. holds a Bachelor Degree in Physics and an MBA, and is a Ph.D. Scholar. He has also acquired Certified Financial Services Auditor qualification from the Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, US. He holds a Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National University and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

Mr. Haridas. K. V. is also engaged in humanitarian and philanthropic activities as a member of Payyannur Pain and Palliative Care Society and Malabar Cancer Care Society, Kannur, Kerala.

Mr. Rajesh Laddha

Independent Director

Mr. Rajesh Laddha is an MBA from University of Chicago, USA. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and a Certified Public Accountant from the USA. Mr. Laddha has served as Executive Director and group Chief Financial Officer at Piramal Group for more than two decades. Mr. Laddha also served as MD and CEO of Shriram Capital from 2017-19. He has also served on the boards of Vodafone India Limited, Shriram Capital Limited and Allergan India Private Limited.

Mr. V. H. Kamath

Independent Director

Mr. V. H. Kamath has over 38 experience in retail and corporate banking, Financial Planning and Investor Relations. Mr. V. H. Kamath is on the Board of Garware Hi-tech films ltd. as an Independent Director. He was Chief Executive officer of Union Bank Social Foundation (UBSFT) an extended arm of Union Bank for CSR activities.Prior to that he was General Manager & Chief Financial Officer in Union Bank of India. He headed various branches, regional offices and corporate office vertical in Union Bank of India.He was also on the Board of Star Union Daichi Life insurance company Ltd. and Union Mutual Fund Trustee company Ltd as nominee director from Union Bank of India.

Mr. V. H. Kamath is Bachelor of Science and Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He holds Diploma in Business Management.

Mr. Devesh Kumar

Independent Director

Mr. Devesh Kumar is a senior financial services professional with over 35 years of leadership experience across Indian and international institutions. His expertise spans investment banking, institutional equities, fund management, and capital markets, with a strong track record of setting up and scaling businesses from the ground up

He is the Founder and Mentor of EIP Holdings Private Limited, a platform focused on private equity, corporate advisory, and wealth management, and advises international firms on India-related and cross-border transactions.

Mr. Kumar previously served as Vice Chairman at InCred and as Country Head of CGS-CIMB India. His earlier senior roles include positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland, ICICI Securities, IDBI Bank, Crédit Agricole (India), and Daewoo Securities.

Mr. Kishore Srinivasan

Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Kishore Srinivasan is an Engineer, BE (Mech), ME (Mech ) and MBA. He has been CEO of Pegasus Assets Reconstruction Company Pvt Ltd since January 2018. Prior to joining Pegasus, he has worked in various organisations including Sundaram Clayton Ltd, Lucas TVS Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Avendus Capital Pvt Ltd and Edelweiss Alternative Assets Advisors Limited. He has more than three decades of experience in the stressed asset management domain including in leadership roles.
